Went for a no consultation today at Longbridge branch as wanted to buy some new make up which included a foundation. The lady Donna who did my consultation was very friendly, and very knowledgeable which you would expect and attentive. The advice and tips that was given to me was very helpfulI would recommend this service and the makeover I had made me feel confident and refreshed it was a transformation for someone who wears make up rarely. They had a great offer with the no products for and additional discount the good thing was you are not pressured in to purchasing anything.I spent over a hour and this service is free a big thank you again especially to Donna. This service is easy to book online so check it out ladies.

Went to boots boxing dayWas choosing some make up and was told about the no offer £ offWent to the till self checkout tills to be meet by a rude unhelpful assistant named hazel !Her manner unprofessional and her face looked like she didn't want to be there or help like the customer was an inconvenience! My voucher didn't work and when I asked for her assistance as to why the voucher was not workingShe pointed at my stuff and said that's why you can't use it on that !I asked her what she was referring too as she just pointed at my shopping and walked offI called her back and asked her what she was referring too with that her comment that's why ?She pointed at a gift set and said you can't use the voucher towards that !I replied I have no make up the lady on the make up said I could use it on that as it's full priceShe just looked at me and walked off then came back and said I don't know she said it should be able to be used I've asked for my supervisor to come overWho came and read the voucher and agreed it should have come off !Moral of my review is it's boxing day first thing in the morning smile or get a different job where you don't have to deal with customers no one likes as moody hard face abrupt person !

I am reviewing the Pharmacy at Boots longbridge. I went to change a prescription at the pharmacy only to be told they don't accept NHS prescriptions, only private. I was surprised as I have never been to a pharmacy that has this policy, I voiced that I thought this was discrimatory against those who do not have private health care and the person serving shrugged! Another person then had to step in and explain it was because they do not have an NHS licence. It would be helpful to have this on the website, in the store and on the window to save customers from waiting and being turned away. I am so disappointed in Boots.

Popped to boots to return an item and purchase a few others. Had to wait a while for someone to do my return as they only had the self check out open. After waiting a while I asked to complete my return at the pharmacy. I was served by a lady called Laura who was very inpatient and rude. Laura interrupted me when asking a question and was very sarcastic with her response, which I found unprofessional. The experience has put me off returning to boots Longbridge again.
